How to play Uno Hearst
UNO Hearts is played in a series of hands. Each hand includes 13 rounds.
How to play a card game is as follows:
Initial setup
One player is chosen to be the dealer. The dealer shuffles the cards and deals 13 cards to each player. The remaining cards are placed face down on the table to form a draw pile. The player to the left of the dealer leads the first hand.
Proceed to play
Each hand begins with the player who won the previous hand playing a card (for the first hand, it will be the player to the dealer’s left). It is the first leading card. To complete each round, each player must play a card of the same color as the lead card. If there is no color with the lead color, the player can play any card in his hand.
The player cannot play a heart card until a heart card or the thirteenth yellow card has been played in the previous round (unless the player has no non-heart cards).
When everyone has finished playing a card, the player with the card with the highest number will hold all the cards played in that round, and will play a new card from his hand as the lead card, starting. next round.
The cards on the left have no value. The cards on the right have a total of 18 points (card 13 has 13 hearts equivalent to 13 points, the other cards each have 1 heart equivalent to 1 point)
Special cards
Eight of Purple and Green
Has a value of 0. When this card is played, the player who wins that round decides which way everyone moves their entire hand (left or right).
Wild Draw Cards
They are numbered from 1-10. When playing a Wild Draw Card, it is counted according to the number printed on the card. Wild Draw cards can be used as heart-shaped, yellow, purple or green cards. If a Wild Draw card is turned into a heart, it will have no value to the player who wins that turn.
When a round ends with a Wild Draw card having been played, the player who won the round must draw the corresponding number of cards and add them directly to the pile they won.
End the game
A game of Uno ends when someone puts down all their cards. Then count the remaining players’ points. The winner will get all these points. These points can be converted into rewards later.
How to calculate points in the UNO game as follows:
- Add up the total points of the cards in the loser’s hand.
- Number cards (0-9) are scored equal to the number written on the card.
- Draw 2, Forbidden and Change cards count for 20 points.
- Change Color and Change Color Draw 4 cards count for 50 points.
